OnPoint Upfitters was founded as a woman-owned, small-business, by Christy and Stephen Baxley, to offer public safety agencies high quality upfitting and custom vehicle builds. Christy, a career nurse, and Stephen, an active LEO for 23 years, are experienced serial business owner / operators.
Our General Manager, David Cox, heads up the shop and install technicians. David is still an active LEO, recently leaving full-time to join OnPoint. Prior to law enforcement, David has over 10 years experience in automotive mechanics as a Ford Automotive Technician and body / paint specialist.
Our lead technician, Justin Reynolds, is a Ford Certified Master Technician with over 11 years inside Ford.
