OnPoint Upfitters was founded as a woman-owned, small-business, by Christy and Stephen Baxley, to offer public safety agencies high quality upfitting and custom vehicle builds. Christy, a career nurse, and Stephen, an active LEO for 23 years, are experienced serial business owner / operators.

Our General Manager, David Cox, oversees the daily operations of the OnPoint shop, scheduling and designing builds, warehouse operations and staff training. David is still an active LEO, leaving full-time to join OnPoint. Prior to law enforcement, David has over 10 years experience in automotive mechanics as a Ford Automotive Technician and body / paint specialist.

Our Upfit Manager, Justin Reynolds, oversees the build and upfits on the shop floor and training technicians. Justin is a Ford Certified Master Technician with over 11 years inside Ford.
​
We have 4 additional Upfit Specialist and Technicians; Waylon Owings, Richard Bolan, Max Manley and Brayden Readett.
